Maintain high service standards, handle customer queries and complaints to build loyalty.
Manage store budget, cash flow, and financial reporting per HQ procedures.
Keep store clean, organized, and visually appealing with attractive displays.
Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
Ensure health and safety compliance and store security.
Prepare KPI reports and provide insights to HQ for improvements.
