Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology or Education is preferred.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in an educational center.
• Experience working in a bilingual (English-Indonesian) environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all administrative and operational activities of the center.
• Lead, supervise, and provide support to all center staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement effective operational systems, processes, and workflows.
• Monitor student enrollment, attendance, and academic records.
• Manage center budgets, financial documentation, and the procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Organize and support center events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
• Address and resolve concerns, complaints, and issues raised by staff and clients in a timely and effective manner.
