Job summary

Sparks Math is seeking a Center Manager in Jakarta to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and coach a high-performing team. You will report on performance, finances, and marketing efforts while ensuring customer satisfaction and strong member relationships.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in a similar leadership position, with weekend marketing support as needed. This is a full-time on-site opportunity in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Sales and persuasion expertise needed.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and office software required.
• Willingness to support marketing events on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities at the Center.
• Achieve sales targets and drive Center growth.
• Manage the team, evaluate performance, provide coaching, and build a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare accurate reports on Center performance, finances, class activities, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with members.
