Responsibilities

• Report to the Board of Directors and provide regular performance updates.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for growth and excellence.
• Oversee production, engineering, maintenance, quality, logistics, and HSE.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization across the plant.
