FINNS Beach Club is seeking a detail-oriented CCTV Admin to oversee the installation, maintenance, configuration, and daily operation of our physical security and video surveillance infrastructure. In this role, you will ensure maximum system uptime, secure video data retention, and provide operational support for incidents, system audits, and technical upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Manage system user accounts, access permissions, and role-based permissions in compliance with company security policies.
• Oversee video data retention schedules, storage limits, and archive logs to meet legal, corporate, and privacy requirements.
• Process, review, and fulfill official requests for video footage extractions, audits, and internal or external investigations.
• Maintain detailed inventories, licensing agreements, equipment warranties, and maintenance records for all surveillance assets.
• Coordinate with security vendors, IT teams, and external service providers to schedule system repairs, upgrades, and maintenance contracts.
• Monitor operational uptime, log daily system status reports, and notify technical teams immediately when hardware or network faults occur.
• Draft, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for surveillance monitoring, data privacy, and footage handling.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Comfortable navigating digital interfaces, basic software tools, and digital file archives.
• Strong organizational skills for managing user access permissions, audit logs, and hardware inventories.
• Any prior exposure to CCTV or security system environments is a plus.
• Working knowledge of video storage rules, backup practices, and organized archive management is a plus.
• Strict adherence to data privacy regulations, company confidentiality policies, and evidence-handling guidelines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for generating reports, liaising with vendors, and assisting non-technical staff.

First business in Bali was a travel company, Bali Res Centre but soon followed the vision for Semara Resort & Spa, in Seminyak. The Semara team project managed the design, construction and interiors of the boutique resort which included Cubby House Kids Club, Semara Spa, and The Deck Sports Bar. Semara Collection owned and managed this highly successful business until February 2015 when sold to a Singapore based company.

In 2011 Semara Collection added Semara Luxury Villa Resort and Finns Beach Club to the portfolio. This properties construction was not yet complete after 5 years. The Semara team completed the build and opened the resort and beach club by September 2011 (9 months).

This property currently remains under Semara management and is now recognized internationally as one of Bali’s best luxury villa properties, wedding venues and beach clubs.

The rapid growth has not slowed with the addition of Canggu Club in June 2013. Previously a member’s only club the leisure and entertainment venue now is open to the public.

Semara also owns and manages Semara Beach House, one of Bali’s original villa located absolute beachfront on Pantai Berawa, Canggu. It is at this same location that a new beach club is under name FINNS BEACH CLUB starting open on June 2016,

On 1st June 2017 CANGGU CLUB re branding to become FINNS RECREATION CLUB.
