Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate inventory stock for all required materials.
• Manage and register documentation for new Catalogue requests within the Cataloguing system.
• Ensure the goods receipt process aligns with Purchase Orders and NCRs for discrepancies.
• Ensure goods storage facilities and governance comply with SOP.
• Process goods receipts for services in the ERP system after verifications.
• Coordinate with warehouse vendors to verify service quality and SLA achievements.
• Identify potential stockouts by analyzing consumption, lead time, safety stock, and forecasts.
• Analyze inventory metrics for excess, slow-moving, non-moving, dead stock, and write-offs.
• Drive continuous improvement in Warehouse, Inventory, and Cataloguing workflows.
• Perform data enrichment on catalog items that are incomplete or non-standard.

Job Overview:

Executes, monitors, and coordinates the Warehouse, Inventory, and Cataloguing processes with internal teams and partners to support operational needs effectively and efficiently. This role ensures all activities align with Company policies, procedures, and standards across supply chain management, occupational safety, and environmental regulations to successfully achieve production targets.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate inventory stock for all required materials to properly support user procurement activities.


• Manage and register documentation for new Catalogue requests within the Cataloguing system.


• Ensure the goods receipt process aligns accurately with the Purchase Order and execute Non Conformance Reports (NCR) for any identified discrepancies.


• Ensure goods storage facilities and overall governance at the Hub strictly comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).


• Process goods receipts for services in the ERP system only after all document requirements and verifications are fully met.


• Coordinate directly with warehouse vendors to systematically verify service quality and Service Level Agreement (SLA) achievements.


• Identify potential stockouts by analyzing consumption, lead time, safety stock, open orders, forecasts, criticality, and expected stockout dates.


• Analyze inventory metrics for excess, slow-moving, non-moving, dead stock, obsolete items, surplus projects, and potential write-offs.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Warehouse, Inventory, and Cataloguing functions to build a strategic, effective, and efficient workflow.


• Perform data enrichment on existing catalog items that are incomplete, non-standard, or difficult to find.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.


• Experience 3 years in Supply Chain Management position.
