Job summary

Time International in Jakarta seeks a polished concierge at the boutique to greet clients, assess needs, and uphold the luxury brand image. You will offer immediate assistance in a refined atmosphere and ensure every guest feels valued.

You’ll manage appointment check-ins with the digital queue, coordinate with Fashion Advisors, handle peak traffic with courteous wait-time updates, and maintain impeccable grooming to meet luxury standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years experience in concierge/front desk in luxury retail or premium service industries.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Outstanding verbal communication and poised demeanor under pressure.
• Flawless grooming and alignment with luxury visual standards.

Warmly greet every client entering the boutique with a refined, professional demeanor that reflects the brand's luxury image.

Offer immediate assistance, creating an inviting, unhurried atmosphere while assessing the client's needs.

Inquire whether incoming clients have scheduled appointments with specific Fashion Advisors.

Check-in appointment clients using the boutique’s digital queue/appointment system and notify the designated Fashion Advisor immediately.

Efficiently manage walk-in traffic, setting polite, accurate wait-time expectations during peak boutique hours.

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

• 1–2+ years experience in concierge, greeting, front desk, host/hostess, or customer service roles in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium service industries. Open to fresh graduates with a background in Hospitality, Communications, or related fields
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Outstanding verbal communication, elegant body language, and a warm, poised demeanor under pressure.
• Flawless personal grooming and professional alignment with luxury visual standards.
