Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline Surabaya branch support by handling daily customer enquiries and processing routine transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support smooth branch operations by completing cash handling, balancing, reconciliations, and required records/checklists in line with branch procedures.
• Follow all applicable policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC/AML, fraud prevention, data privacy) and promptly escalate any unusual or suspicious activity.
• Ensure end-to-end operational risk controls, accurate record-keeping, and timely submission in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
