Job summary

Flex is seeking a CapEx planning and project coordination specialist to consolidate annual CapEx requirements, manage business cases, and monitor investments across site operations. You will work with Finance, Procurement, and Engineering to ensure compliant and timely capex decisions.

The role focuses on investment governance, forecasting, and reporting, supporting spin-off initiatives and infrastructure projects for AI data centers and mission-critical applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, facilities, industrial engineering, project coordination, or capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate annual and quarterly CapEx requirements and maintain investment roadmap.
• Coordinate ROI, payback analyses, budgets, quotations, and supporting documents.
• Manage submissions and track approvals; ensure compliance with CapEx policy and controls.
• Monitor budgets, spending, and project closure; ensure timely reporting.
