Job summary

You will oversee campus facilities, buildings, utilities, assets, security, housekeeping, transportation, and other supporting services to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in General Affairs or Facilities Management.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience leading GA or Facilities teams.
• Strong knowledge of facility management, asset management, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement General Affairs strategies aligned with objectives.
• Oversee campus facilities, buildings, utilities, and infrastructure for operational excellence.
• Lead maintenance programs for all facilities.
• Manage asset lifecycle including acquisition, inventory, maintenance, and disposal.
• Plan and monitor the GA budget for cost efficiency.
• Manage outsourced service providers ensuring service quality and compliance.
• Conduct vendor performance evaluations and pursue continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with HSE/K3 and regulatory standards.
• Lead renovation, construction, and facility improvement projects.
• Establish and improve GA policies, SOPs, and service standards.
• Build and develop a high-performing GA team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support academic and operational activities.
