ASTRO mencari Product Designer dengan selera desain visual yang kuat dan kemampuan berpikir produk.

Anda akan mengelola desain end-to-end, melakukan riset pengguna, dan berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk hasil yang konsisten, termasuk pemanfaatan alat AI dalam alur kerja desain. Posisi ini bersifat remote dengan kontrak kerja, berlokasi di West Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 tahun pengalaman di Product Design/UI/UX.
• Desain produk digital untuk web dan mobile.
• Pemahaman UX, interaksi, visual, dan design thinking.
• Menguasai Figma untuk desain antarmuka.
• Penelitian pengguna dan usability testing.
• Keputusan desain berbasis data.
• Komunikasi & kolaborasi kuat dengan tim lintas fungsi.
• Mampu bekerja cepat dan mandiri.
• Pengalaman di e-commerce/logistik nilai tambah.
• Portofolio end-to-end wajib.

Aufgaben

• Kendalikan proses desain produk end-to-end sejak discovery hingga implementasi.
• Lakukan riset pengguna, observasi, dan usability testing.
• Rancang alur, wireframe, prototipe, dan antarmuka web serta mobile.
• Bekerja sama dengan PM, Engineers, dan pemangku kepentingan.
• Iterasi desain berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna dan metrik produk.
• Jaga konsistensi dengan desain sistem dan pedoman UI.
• Sediakan aset desain dan serahkan ke tim engineering.
• Manfaatkan alat AI untuk mempercepat eksplorasi desain.
• Ikuti tren desain dan praktik terbaik terkini.

About this Position

We're looking for a Product Designer with a strong visual design taste, sharp product thinking, and a passion for crafting delightful user experiences. If you enjoy leveraging AI to accelerate your creative process, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery to final implementation.
• Conduct user research, field observations, and usability testing to uncover user needs.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile products.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback, research findings, and product metrics.
• Maintain consistency by contributing to and utilizing design systems and UI guidelines.
• Prepare design assets and ensure smooth handoff to the engineering team.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design exploration, ideation, and productivity.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• 1-3 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing digital products for both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual design, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Proficient in Figma for interface design and prototyping.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Comfortable making design decisions backed by user insights and data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Galileo AI, Uizard, or similar) to improve design workflows.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or on-demand platforms is a plus.
• An active portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects is required.
