Job summary

transcosmos inc. in Jakarta is seeking a hands-on Marketing Automation Specialist to design end-to-end customer journeys across Email, Push, In-App, WhatsApp, and SMS, and to own campaign architecture within the CEP system.

You will segment audiences, optimize platform operations, run A/B tests, and translate performance data into actionable reports while collaborating with Data, Product, and IT teams. A relevant degree and 2–3 years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience operating Customer Engagement Platforms or Marketing Automation Tools.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, marketing funnels, and CRM strategies.
• Solid data analysis skills; proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to map and design complex, structured campaign logic workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications when working with engineering teams.
• Highly detail-oriented to prevent configuration or audience targeting errors prior to campaign launches.
• Plus: APIs, Webhooks, and basic SQL familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end user journeys across channels (Email, Push, In-App, WhatsApp, SMS).
• Analyze user behavior to build dynamic audience segments.
• Own daily platform operations and campaign architecture in the CEP system.
• Develop and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate data into actionable reports.
• Collaborate with Data, Product, and IT teams to ensure proper event tracking and data flows.
