Job summary

Traveloka in Jakarta is looking for an experienced CRM engineer with around 5 years in CRM or lifecycle marketing who is excited about automation and personalization. You will dive deep into the technical side, building personalization logic and automation to improve campaigns.

You will work with our Product MarTech and Data teams to connect data feeds, create templates, and automate busywork that makes messaging smarter.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of hands-on experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong technical execution with scripts, loops, and conditional logic; templating/Liquid is a plus.
• A natural builder who enjoys automating processes and solving data-driven challenges.

Responsibilities

• Enable dynamic content connections with data feeds and catalog integrations for personalized campaigns.
• Develop personalisation logic and templating using Braze Liquid across campaigns.
• Build automation infrastructure and internal tools to power CRM operations.
• Automate existing CRM workflows to reduce repetitive manual steps.
