Collaborating with cafe, bar, and kitchen teams, you will coordinate across departments, assist with basic beverage prep when needed, and ensure smooth cafe operations throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain accurate order taking and processing.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems according to cafe standards.
• Capability to handle customer questions and complaints professionally.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, cashier, bar, and kitchen staff.
• Willingness to assist with basic beverage preparation when needed.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism
• Explain menu items and provide recommendations or information as needed
• Take and ensure customer orders are accurate
• Deliver food and beverages according to orders
• Ensure customer needs are met during their time at the cafe
• Clear and tidy tables after customers finish
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe during operations
• Receive and record customer orders through the POS system accurately
• Process payments via cash, card, QR, or other payment methods
• Perform cash drawer checks and balance cash at the end of shift
