Responsibilities

• Process and present menu items according to recipes and established standards.
• Maintain quality of taste, cleanliness, and consistency in product presentation.
• Ensure kitchen area, equipment, and tools are clean and organized.
• Conduct preparation before operations and tidy the work area after operations close.
• Check raw material stock levels and report purchasing needs to management.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth café operations.
• Perform other operational tasks related to kitchen activities.
