Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Legal, Commercial, Tech) to implement strategies that improve merchant satisfaction and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Generate, maintain, and increase opportunities with new and existing merchants to achieve TPV & TPT targets.
Assist and ensure the onboarding process for partners.
Retain merchants by ensuring they remain active and productive.
Build and maintain relationships with partners and banks.
Gather merchant feedback to improve products and services.
Understand merchant challenges and identify solutions that address their needs.
Handle administrative tasks, including drafting sales proposals and managing contract renewals.
Collaborate with Product, Legal, Commercial, Tech Teams to execute business strategies and merchant satisfaction initiatives.
