Vista Group is seeking a proactive Business Process Implementation Specialist to support the development, implementation, and improvement of business processes across the organization in Bali. You will translate operational needs into effective workflows, SOPs, and system requirements while coordinating with department heads and external partners.

The role emphasizes optimizing workflows, ensuring standard operating procedures, and driving employee adoption of new digital operations & SOP

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Operations, QA, BP Improvement or BP System implementation.
• Strong map/diagramming and SOP development abilities.
• Ability to document business requirements for ERP and digital ops systems.

Aufgaben

• Map, review, and improve Vista Group workflows.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, approval processes, checklists, and reporting standards.
• Translate operational needs into ERP and digital system requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners for system implementation.
• Validate workflows, coordinate UAT, monitor milestones and progress.
• Define dashboard requirements, KPIs, and reporting standards.
• Assess HRMS integration needs where applicable.
• Prepare and deliver training on new processes and systems.
• Monitor adoption, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
