Job summary

Vista Group is seeking a hands-on Digitalization and Implementation Specialist to support its digital transformation and ERP rollout. The role involves digitizing SOPs, preparing system content, documenting procedures, and enabling departments to use digital platforms effectively.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, create training materials, assist with UAT, maintain dashboards and project trackers, and drive continuous improvement of digital processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of professional experience in Hospitality, Business Administration, Operations, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Good document management, data entry, and administrative skills
• Comfortable using digital applications, online platforms, and business management systems
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and manage information accurately
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn new systems and technologies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support employees across different departments
• Good command of English. Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is preferred
• Previous exposure to ERP systems or digital business applications is an advantage but not mandatory

Digitalization and Implementation Specialist

Vista Group is seeking a motivated, organized, and tech-savvy Digitalization and Implementation Specialist to support the company's digital transformation and business system implementation initiatives. This role will assist in digitizing operational documents, preparing system content, documenting procedures, and supporting the rollout of digital platforms across different departments. The successful candidate will work closely with department teams and management to ensure that business processes and operational information are properly documented, digitized, and implemented.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize, review, and digitize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), forms, checklists, and operational reporting requirements
• Prepare, validate, and input approved business data and documentation into ERP and digital operations platforms
• Create and maintain digital checklists and workflows using existing system features
• Assist with system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that digital workflows function as intended
• Maintain project trackers, system documentation, and dashboard data inputs
• Prepare user guides, training materials, and supporting documentation for employees
• Assist in conducting employee training and provide day-to-day support during system implementation
• Follow up with employees and departments regarding system usage, identify operational issues, and report areas requiring improvement
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of digital operational processes across Vista Group
