Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support daily administrative tasks and maintain robust reporting processes in Jakarta. You will help build and sustain dashboards, ensuring accurate data for decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with a relevant degree who can present data clearly and work with the Operations team on ongoing projects and reporting improvements.

Qualifications

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and ensure timely submission.
• Identify basic operational issues and elevate them to the Operations team for further resolution.
• Assist with operational projects and other ad hoc assignments as required.
