Job summary

Catalyst Talent Strategy Consulting in Jakarta is seeking a Business Manager for Security Products to drive enterprise sales and shape product adoption. You will orchestrate proof-of-concept demos, tailor presentations to client needs, and work with the Head of Business to advance opportunities through the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in IT sales, a solid background in security products, and proven ability to manage B2B relationships with enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years as a Sales Manager in IT, fintech, or digital transformation.
• Experience with IT consulting, especially handling security products.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions and deliver proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Prepare and present solution-based product demonstrations to customers.
• Collaborate with Head of Business to close sales.
• Close deals and contribute to revenue generation.
• Liaise with Product Managers to relay client feedback.
• Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions and organize, plan, create, and deliver compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
• Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Work closely with the Head of Business to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
• Close deals with clients and contribute to the business team in driving revenue.
• Liaise with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
• Keep abreast of market trends and the product & competitor landscape.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager for 5-7 years in the IT industry, fintech, or digital transformation company.
• Have experience in an IT Consulting service company especially handling Security products
• Experience handling B2B or enterprise-level clients.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
