Mamikos in Surabaya is seeking a dynamic Sales/Business Development professional to identify potential property prospects for acquisition and to introduce Mamikos products to property owners.

You will work with the legal team on cooperation agreements and build lasting relationships with kos owners, aiming to meet revenue targets and deliver standard-compliant reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• At least 1 year of working experience in hospitality or startup environment is a plus.
• Passionate about sales, account management, and target orientation.
• Tech-savvy and willing to canvass.
• Domiciled: Surabaya.
