Mamikos membuka kesempatan bagi seorang profesional Sales & Marketing untuk bergabung di Jakarta Selatan. Peran ini menitikberatkan pada mencari prospek properti untuk akuisisi, bermain peran dalam penawaran produk, dan membangun kemitraan dengan pemilik kos dengan dukungan tim legal.

Pekerjaan bersifat kontrak dengan pola kerja hybrid di lingkungan IT yang dinamis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management.
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• At least 1 year of working experience (hospitality or startup background is a plus).
• Passionate in sales, account management, and target oriented.
• Tech Savvy and willing to canvassing.

• Look for potential property prospects for acquisition
• Make cold calls to offer Mamikos products to property owners
• Handle cooperation agreements assisted by the legal team and establish good relationship with kos owners
• Acquired rooms can be picked up to run smoothly and ensure that revenue targets are achieved
