Job summary

BINUS Group in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Account Manager to generate corporate leads, approach prospective clients, and manage Professional Services accounts. The role focuses on increasing customer satisfaction, identifying client needs, and maintaining alignment with current services, while building strong internal collaboration.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver excellent service to all stakeholders in a dynamic business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relations, Customer Success, Business Development, Consulting Services, or a related role.
• Experience in managing B2B clients and maintaining long-term client relationships.
