Job summary

PT. Victory International Futures (Branch Satrio Tower) in South Jakarta is seeking a Business Development Officer to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build client relationships, and promote trading services.

The role is full-time and on-site at the Satrio Tower branch. You will conduct market analysis, prepare presentations, coordinate with internal teams to tailor solutions, maintain lead pipelines, and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development skills, with proven ability to generate leads, build partnerships, and convert prospects into clients.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and a foundational understanding of Finance to interpret market data, assess opportunities, and support investment-related discussions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation and negotiation capabilities, and the ability to explain complex financial products in simple terms.
• Candidates should possess reliable Customer Service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and a client-focused mindset.
• Relevant experience in brokerage, financial services, or B2B sales is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in South Jakarta, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales and activity targets.

Role Description

The Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in South Jakarta at the Satrio Tower branch. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promoting the company’s trading and investment services. Daily activities include conducting market and competitor analysis, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions for client needs, and maintaining accurate records of leads, pipelines, and client interactions. The role also involves providing basic product explanations, supporting client onboarding, and collaborating with marketing and operations to drive sustainable revenue growth.
