Job summary

REMIND is seeking a proactive Business Development Officer in Cikupa, Tangerang to drive growth through B2B partnerships, client management, and market expansion in the sustainability and e-waste sector.

You will own outreach, pipeline tracking, meetings and site visits, coordinate with operations and logistics, and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, while supporting campaigns that promote the circular economy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Consulting, Market Research, or related internships.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B partners and clients through outreach and proposal development.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing partners for long-term collaboration.
• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline activities from lead generation to deal closing.

REMIND (Recycling Materials for Indonesia) is a fast-growing company focused on creating a more sustainable future through responsible e-waste management and recycling. We work to increase awareness of electronic waste, reduce e-waste sent to landfills, and create value through the circular economy.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Officer who is proactive, relationship-oriented, and excited to drive business growth through partnerships and new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing B2B partnerships, managing client relationships, and supporting the growth of REMIND's business.

What You’ll Do

Partner Acquisition & Outreach - Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B partners and clients through targeted outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and site visits) and proposal development.

Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration, repeat business, and retention.

Pipeline Management & Target Achievement - Manage end-to-end sales pipeline activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and deal closing, while ensuring achievement of monthly targets and KPIs.

Client Engagement & Presentation - Conduct client meetings (online/offline), presentations, and site visits to communicate REMIND's services and value proposition.

Internal Coordination - Coordinate with internal teams (operations & logistics) to ensure smooth execution of e-waste collection and partner onboarding.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Monitor and analyze sales performance, including e-waste collection volume and partner contributions, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Market Research & Opportunity Identification - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and high-potential sectors (industrial, corporate, institutional).

Administrative & CRM Management - Handle administrative tasks including proposal preparation, quotations, agreements, and CRM/data tracking .

Campaign & Program Support - Support campaigns and activation programs related to e-waste collection (e.g., corporate sustainability initiatives).

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnership, Consulting, Market Research, or related internships. B2B experience is preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Comfortable with cold outreach, pitching, follow-ups, and relationship management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Canva is a plus.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professionally proficient in English.

Independent, proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with strong ownership and a sense of urgency.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

An interest in sustainability, recycling, or the circular economy is highly preferred.

Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (WFO/WFH) and be onsite in Cikupa, Tangerang when required.
