Job summary

PT DyKa Konsultama in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a Business Development Manager with at least five years of experience in HR services to expand our client base and identify opportunities.

You will plan and oversee marketing initiatives, build long-lasting relationships, negotiate contracts, and develop proposals to maximize profits while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong English and Indonesian communication, plus Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, from reputable University in any discipline.
• Having experience in HR services industry minimum 5 Years.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, in English and Indonesia.
• Proficient in Mandarin is a plus.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational management skills.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of excel.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainly.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
