Job summary

Grupo Enhol busca un Business Development Manager para liderar la identificación y desarrollo de oportunidades en energía renovable en Indonesia, con base en Yakarta. El rol requiere gestionar relaciones con clientes, socios y autoridades, y coordinar proyectos desde la originación hasta la licitación y acuerdos PPA.

Se valorará experiencia en el mercado energético indonesio, habilidades de negociación y conocimiento de regulaciones.

Qualifications

• Indonesio nativo o dominio bilingüe.
• Inglés: competencia profesional avanzada (C1 o superior) para liderar negociaciones y leer, revisar y discutir contratos y documentos técnicos.
• Conocimiento de Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el área asignada mediante estudios de mercado.
• Apoyar la entrada a nuevos mercados y oportunidades de inversión, evaluando riesgos y plan de acción.
• Construir relaciones sólidas con clientes, socios, arrendadores y autoridades para desarrollo de proyectos.
• Identificar y evaluar proyectos de energía renovable y negociar acuerdos de colaboración.
• Coordinar equipos locales y la sede para el desarrollo de proyectos.
• Mantener alineación con finanzas, ingeniería, legal y operaciones.
• Monitorear regulaciones, permisos y políticas de energía renovable.
• Participar en foros y conferencias para seguir tendencias y orientar la estrategia.
• Coordinar presentaciones de licitaciones PLN y actuar como punto de referencia durante la licitación y PPAs.

Grupo Enhol is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead the identification and development of renewable energy opportunities in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, this position will be instrumental in strengthening the company's local presence, building strategic partnerships, driving project origination activities and supporting participation in PLN tenders. The role requires a strong understanding of the Indonesian energy market, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate market opportunities into sustainable business growth.

Funciones

• Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area, carrying out market studies and trend analyses to determine needs and opportunities in the energy sector.
• Support the implementation of the entry strategy into new markets and investment opportunities, ensuring proper assessment of risks and opportunities and correct execution of the agreed action plans.
• Build solid, trust-based relationships with potential clients, partners, landowners, energy and investment agencies, and local and national authorities, through effective communication and efficient management of available resources.
• Identify and evaluate renewable energy investment projects, including project origination and support in negotiating collaboration agreements with potential partners, investors, IPPs and other strategic companies to develop new business opportunities.
• Support the coordination of local and regional teams and the head office, including technical staff, engineers and external consultants, to ensure effective project development.
• Maintain close collaboration with the company’s different departments, including finance, engineering, legal and operations, to ensure strategic alignment and proper project management.
• Continuously monitor regulation, permitting and applicable policies related to renewable energy, including changes in markets and tariffs, tax incentives and other regulatory developments.
• Take part in renewable energy forums and conferences to stay up to date with technological advances and market trends, and use this information to inform the company’s business strategy.
• Coordinate and prepare PLN tender submissions, drawing on hands‑on experience with PLN procurement processes, including pre‑qualification, technical and commercial proposals, and required documentation. Act as the company’s main point of reference with PLN during the tender and, if awarded, in subsequent clarifications, negotiations and PPA discussions.

Requisitos

• Bahasa Indonesia: native or bilingual proficiency.
• English: advanced professional proficiency (C1 or higher), with the ability to lead negotiations and to read, review and discuss contracts and technical documents.
• Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
• An MBA or a Master's degree in Renewable Energy will be considered an advantage.
