JAC Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Assistant Manager to identify and develop power generation opportunities, supporting projects through development and tendering. You will craft BD strategies, originate new opportunities, and manage bids, proposals, and stakeholder relationships including government bodies and regulators.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, English fluency, and strong knowledge of energy markets and project development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Science, or related infrastructure field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of project development and independent power producer structures.
• Familiarity with project finance.
• Working knowledge of commercial contracts.
• Ability to manage complex power project development activities.
• Knowledge of energy regulations and markets.
