Job summary

Savino Del Bene GmbH in Jakarta is seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive to grow our customer base in Freight Forwarding/Logistics. You will schedule meetings, make presentations, issue quotes, and close deals within your territory.

You will develop relationships with customers, generate new business, and coordinate with internal teams and overseas offices to meet complex logistics requirements. Applicants should have 2–3 years of field sales experience, a Diploma or higher, strong

• 2 to 3 years field sales experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics.
• Proven record of sales achievements.
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Maturity, confidence, and perseverance to achieve targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• CRM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forming a customer base by scheduling, cold calling, and presenting to prospective customers.
• Travel within territory to arrange appointments and deliver demonstrations.
• Developing relationships with customers and generating new business.
• Meet monthly sales targets as set by Management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas offices to meet logistics needs.
• Maintain accurate sales records and quotations.
• Assist Accounts Receivable with tracking customer payments.

• Forming a customer base by scheduling, cold calling, traveling to and attempting customer appointments within your territory, issuing quotes, preparing bids, and making formal presentations to prospective customers, and demonstration services offered.
• Developing relationships with customers and generating new business.
• Meeting monthly targets are given by Management.
• Maintaining constant communication with various departments and overseas offices to deliver on customers' logistics requirements.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and quotations.
• Assisting the Accounts Receivable Department with tracking payments from the customer base.

Job Requirements

• Must have 2 to 3 years field sales experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics.
• Proven record of accomplishment of sales achievements.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• CRM experience is preferred
