Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group seeks an experienced President Director / CEO to lead a major energy and infrastructure project in Indonesia. The role requires a strategic, commercially astute executive capable of managing complex stakeholder relationships, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end project delivery from development through COD and beyond.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in energy, power, or infrastructure, with at least 5 years in top leadership roles, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, economics, or related discipline.
Master's/MBA strongly preferred for senior executive leadership roles.
Excellent strategic thinking, governance, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the project company.
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with shareholder objectives and long-term success.
Lead organizational planning, performance management, and operational excellence initiatives.
Drive alignment across project, operational, financial, and corporate functions.
Manage relationships with shareholders, JV partners, lenders, regulators, and external stakeholders.
Oversee major commercial and project decisions, contracts, financing, and partner engagements.
Ensure delivery of milestones with schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.
Lead the organization through financial close, construction, COD, and ramp-up.
