Job summary

Viction.id (Branch Sona Topas) in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area is seeking a Business Development Staff to identify and develop new business opportunities, manage prospective client pipelines, and support revenue growth initiatives. You will conduct market research, generate and qualify leads, prepare proposals, and assist in negotiations with partners and clients.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, business development methodologies, and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management in any industry is an advantage.
• Comfortable working on-site in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area and willing to meet clients when needed.
