Job summary

You will build relationships with owners, investors and corporate clients, conduct market research, and prepare persuasive proposals to close deals while collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and pursue new commercial property sales and leasing opportunities

• Collaborate with marketing, legal and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
• Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress and KPIs

Attend industry events, networking forums and conferences to establish brand presence and generate new business leads

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in business development, financial analyst within the real estate and property sector

Strong understanding of financial analyst

Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies and close deals within competitive markets

Proficiency in market research, financial analysis and preparing persuasive proposals and presentations

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding business development targets

Knowledge of Bali's real estate market and established networks within the region is highly advantageous

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential; additional language skills are beneficial

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, Finance or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
