Job summary

PT. Jimbaran Hijau in Bali seeks a Financial Analyst to handle data for property portfolios, forecasting, and budgeting. You will build models for valuation, investment appraisal, and lease analysis while tracking profitability and reporting to management.

Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, feasibility studies, and lease reviews to project rental income. Collaboration with property management ensures compliance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate, property management, or commercial sectors.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using financial analysis software or tools.
• Knowledge of property valuation methods, lease structures, and real estate market dynamics.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial findings to non-financial audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian property market and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
