Job summary

PT BICC BERCA Cables, a leading cable manufacturer in Indonesia, seeks a skilled professional to drive business development, market research and data analytics. You will identify opportunities, analyze data, and coordinate with Design, Production, Supply Chain and Finance to close deals.

The role requires 4+ years in BD/market research, a Bachelor's in Management/Statistics, and strong negotiation and presentation skills. Based in Balaraja, Tangerang, Indonesia, with local market focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Statistics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in business development, market research or data analysis.
• Experience in cable manufacturing, electrical, industrial or B2B sectors preferred.
• Proven data analytics and market intelligence gathering skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization/reporting tools.
• Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Track record in end-to-end sales pipelines, client acquisition and closing deals.

• Conduct market research, industry trend analysis and demand forecasting to identify new opportunities.

• Prepare and present accurate commercial quotations tailored to client requirements.

• Evaluate business development performance and present strategic reports to management.

Job description

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Statistics or related disciplines.

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in business development, market research or data analysis (experience in cable manufacturing, electrical, industrial or B2B sectors is preferred).

Proven skills in data analytics and market intelligence gathering.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization/reporting tools.

Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

Demonstrated track record in end-to-end sales pipelines, client acquisition and closing business deals.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Conduct market research, industry trend analysis and demand forecasting to identify new business opportunities.

Analyze market data, competitor strategies and competitor manpower mapping to maintain competitive advantage.

Prepare, review and present accurate commercial quotations (SPH) tailored to prospective client requirements.

Identify, prospect and acquire new B2B/B2G customer accounts across target industries.

Lead commercial negotiations and terms discussions from initial pitch through to contract closing.

Coordinate closely with internal cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Supply Chain and Finance) for seamless solution delivery.

Evaluate business development performance, prepare pipeline analytics and present strategic reports to management.
