Job description

Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Electrical Engineering (Teknik Listrik) or Electronics (Elektronika).

Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (Electrical Technician) within a manufacturing environment.

Hands-on familiarity and strong expertise in electrical wiring, electrical installations and electric motor systems.

Proven skills in electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance.

Familiarity with Kaizen / continuous improvement principles and 5S/5R workplace organization.

Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills and team cooperation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Perform electrical troubleshooting on production machinery and plant electrical systems.

Plan and execute daily Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) schedules.

Conduct electrical troubleshooting and maintenance for utility units and electrical installations.

Implement Kaizen / continuous improvement initiatives for mechanical and electrical systems.

Maintain and enforce 5S/5R standards on machines, electrical panels and work environments.
