PT BICC BERCA Cables, located in Balaraja, Indonesia, seeks a project administration professional with 4+ years’ experience. You will organize and control technical docs, support invoicing milestones, and manage warehouse and material flows to ensure smooth project execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and document systems. ISO certificates and manufacturing context are a plus.

• Manage project warehouse administration including material receiving and stock movement.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and status updates for management.
• Compile and verify documents for project invoicing and milestone billing.

Descripción del empleo

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Information Technology (IT).

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in project administration, engineering documentation or EPC administrative support (experience in cable manufacturing, electrical infrastructure or construction industries is preferred).

Strong capability in document control, archiving systems, project billing administration and material tracking.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with document management systems / ERP platforms.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, structured and possess excellent communication skills to coordinate across internal departments and external parties.

JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in preparing administrative and regulatory permit documentation required for project execution.

Organize, maintain and control technical documentation, drawings, engineering reports and project specifications.

Manage project warehouse administration, including material receiving, stock movement, inventory records and site material dispatch logs.

Prepare regular project progress reports and status updates for management and internal cross-functional teams.

Compile and verify all administrative supporting documents required for project invoicing and milestone billing.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (memos, official letters, project transmittals) across internal departments and external project stakeholders.
