• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and collaborate with technical/project teams.
• Support ERP, Finance, Payroll, and Plantation Management System implementation.
• Conduct and support UAT, system validation, user training, and post-implementation activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, solution proposals, and business insights to clients.

We are looking for a Business Consultant – Implementasi to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering ERP, Finance, Payroll, and Plantation Management Solutions for our clients.

Strong SQL Query and data analysis skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Able to analyze business data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Able to identify business process gaps and recommend practical improvements.

Experience in ERP, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, or Plantation Management System implementation.

Experience in business process analysis, system implementation, or functional consulting is highly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

English proficiency is an advantage.
