Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.
• Query, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL and Excel to support strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful ERP/Finance/Payroll implementations based on client requirements.
• Deliver clear presentations and business solutions to clients and key stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project implementation, UAT, user training, and post-implementation activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing business insights and recommendations that improve operational efficiency.
