PT. Sinocare Healthcare Indonesia seeks a versatile translator and local business support professional to advance the company in Jakarta. You will handle on-site and document translation, assist with market research, and help manage customer files to promote local business growth.

You will coordinate with internal teams for product promotion, order processing, and after-sales support, while maintaining strong communication with customers and partners to boost satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• Chinese reading and writing with interpretation experience; Chinese company work or study preferred.
• Strong willingness to engage in sales work; sales experience preferred.
• Excellent organization and coordination skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills across levels and departments.
• Proficient in office software, such as Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools preferred.
• Good problem solving skills and flexibility; able to work under pressure.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Translation support for on-site and documents to promote team communication and local business.
• Conduct in-depth local market research to understand industry dynamics and competitors; report findings.
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing customer information to build and maintain customer files.
• Maintain strong communication with customers, understand needs, address problems, and coordinate between customers and internal teams.
• Support local product promotion and after-sales work; assist in contract signing and order processing to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Assist in after-sales tasks and receivables collection to ensure capital flow stability and safety.
• Provide local partner training to ensure product knowledge and usage.
• Participate in company meetings and training to improve team skills and collaboration.

Description du poste

1、 Translation support：Responsible for relevant on-site and document translation work, promote the communication and development of the team and local business, and provide language support for business decision-making;

2、 Market Research: Accompany and assist in-depth local market, carry out market research to understand the industry dynamics and competitors, complete the information collection, summary and reporting work;

3, Customer development: to assist in completing the collection, collation and analysis of customer information, the establishment of customer files, to promote the development and maintenance of local customers;

4, Customer Maintenance: maintain good communication with customers, understand customer needs and properly deal with customer demands and problems, coordinate the communication between customers and the company's internal, improve customer satisfaction;

5, Business Development: to assist in the local product promotion and after‑sales work, to promote the signing of contracts with customers, according to the contract to complete the order processing and follow‑up, to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction;

6, Payback Supervision: Properly complete the after‑sales work and assist in the collection and collection of money to ensure the stability and safety of the company's capital flow.

7, Customer Training: responsible for local partner training, to ensure that partners for product knowledge and usage of understanding to achieve better product promotion;

8, Team Training: participate in and support the company's business meetings and training activities to improve team members' professional ability and teamwork;

Job Requirements:

1, have good Chinese reading and writing skills and Chinese interpretation experience, by Chinese companies work experience or China study experience is preferred;

2、 Strong willingness to engage in sales work, sales experience is preferred;

3、 Excellent organisation and coordination skills, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
