Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics professional to support end-to-end export and import operations, coordinating shipments from origin to destination and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will prepare invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations, while coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end export and import operations, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments from origin to destination.
• Handle and prepare shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations in compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient logistics processes.
• Monitor shipment status, track cargo movements, and respond quickly to resolve any operational or clearance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, documentation, and shipment data.
• Communicate effectively with overseas partners and internal stakeholders to support daily operations.
• Identify potential improvements in logistics and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency.
