Job summary

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk is seeking a senior Credit Analyst to lead the Business Analyst team, oversee lending and credit analysis, and assess portfolio risk. The role requires extensive experience in credit analysis, strong financial acumen, and collaboration with Relationship Managers to drive sound credit decisions and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Economics/Finance, 7+ years in banking credit analysis, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Banking.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Credit Analysis, preferably within banking.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial statements, NPL ratios, and risk assessment.
• Ability to evaluate financial performance and develop mitigation plans.
• Knowledge of banking products, processes, and systems; credit guarantees are an advantage.
