Job summary

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk is seeking an experienced MIS and data analytics professional in Indonesia to analyze collection portfolio performance, delinquency trends, and recovery outcomes. You will extract data from multiple sources, build robust management reports, and provide actionable insights to strengthen collection strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or another relevant field.
• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in MIS, data analytics, collection analytics, credit risk, or portfolio reporting, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of banking collection processes, delinquency management, recovery performance, and collection-related KPIs.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data manipulation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of Python for data processing, analysis, or automation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct portfolio segmentation and trend analysis to support collection strategies and prioritization.
• Extract, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations to improve collection effectiveness.
• Support Collection and Special Asset Management (SAM) divisions through data analysis, performance monitoring, and business reviews.
• Collaborate with Collection, Credit Risk, and other stakeholders to address business challenges and support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data processing efficiency.
• Independently manage analytical projects and ad hoc requests, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality insights and reports.
