Job Overview

We are looking for an Analyst, BI & Market Analytics to turn data into clear, actionable insights for our commercial team, clients, and senior leadership.

You will work across data analysis, visualization, and market intelligence — preparing dashboards, reports, and insight packages that support business decisions and client conversations. This is a hands‑on analytics role with exposure to commercial and client‑facing discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse CBI and external market data to identify meaningful business and market insights.
• Prepare data and insight packages tailored to client needs and specific business use cases.
• Build clear, engaging dashboards and visual reports for senior management and clients.
• Develop market insights and analytics materials to support commercial initiatives.
• Work closely with Data Science and Data Management teams on data preparation, pipelines, and analytics outputs.
• Support the commercial team with data and insights before and during client discussions.
• Translate complex data into simple, compelling stories that business stakeholders can understand and use.
• Support internal BI and analytics needs across different teams.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Strong data visualization and reporting skills, with experience creating dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL (a must) and Excel/Google Sheets; Python is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand commercial context.
• Comfortable communicating insights to senior stakeholders and participating in client‑facing discussions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present data in a clear, concise, and compelling way.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services, lending, credit bureau, or fintech.
• Experience working in a B2B, data, or technology company.
• Familiarity with credit data, OJK/SLIK, or the lending ecosystem.
• Experience supporting pre‑sales, consulting, or client‑facing analytics.
