Job summary

VLink Inc is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in documentation for banking projects in Jakarta. You will prepare and maintain FSDs, API documentation, and user guides, translating business requirements into precise technical specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience working on banking or financial services projects is highly required.
• Experience working on branch banking application projects is required.
• Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into clear technical documentation.
• Experience creating and maintaining FSD, API Documentation, Technical Specifications, System Flows, and User Guides.
• Good understanding of API documentation and system integration concepts.
• Strong documentation, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate and well-structured documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, including FSD, API Documentation, Technical Specifications, System Flows, and User Guides.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical documentation.
• Create clear and well-structured API documentation based on project requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain documentation version control and ensure all documents are aligned with product releases.
• Review technical documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• Provide input and support to improve documentation processes and establish standardized documentation practices.
