Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1+ year experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience on banking/financial services projects.
• Experience on branch banking application projects.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation (FSD, API Documentation, Technical Specifications, System Flows, User Guides).
• Collaborate with Product Managers, BAs, and Development teams to translate business requirements into documentation.
• Create clear and structured API documentation based on project requirements and standards.
• Maintain documentation version control and align with product releases.
• Review technical documentation for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance with standards.
• Support to improve documentation processes and establish standardized practices.

• Experience working on banking or financial services projects is highly required.
• Experience working on branch banking application projects is required.
• Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into clear technical documentation.
• Experience creating and maintaining FSD, API Documentation, Technical Specifications, System Flows, and User Guides.
• Good understanding of API documentation and system integration concepts.
• Strong documentation, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate and well-structured documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
