Job summary

PT Pro Sigmaka Mandiri in Jakarta is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst for banking projects. You will gather and analyze requirements from business users and stakeholders to guide solution design.

Your responsibilities include translating processes into functional specifications, maintaining BRD, FSD, user stories and use cases, and collaborating with Product Owner, Project Manager, developers and QA to ensure clear understanding and successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from business users and stakeholders within banking projects.
• Analyze existing business processes and translate business requirements into functional requirements, business process flows, and system specifications.
• Prepare and maintain business analysis documentation such as BRD, FSD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Project Manager, System Analyst, Developer, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.
• Facilitate requirement discussions, clarification sessions, and walkthroughs with business and technical teams.
• Support the development and review of test scenarios, test cases, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on defined business requirements.
