Job summary

Sika is seeking a Production Planning Engineer to develop and manage schedules in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will align demand with capacity, coordinate across functions, and drive KPI reporting to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a 4+ year track record in production planning, strong ERP data skills, and proficiency in SAP S/4Hana and Excel. Indonesia-based role with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years in production planning in high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in production planning and scheduling.
• Experience with ERP data management and work orders.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4Hana preferred.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and arrange daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and schedules.
• Create work/process orders and distribute them to the production team.
• Balance market demand, capacity, manpower, and material availability.
• Monitor and evaluate production realization against plans.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks impacting schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, SCM, Customer Service, and Quality.
• Prepare, analyze, and present KPI reports.
