Job summary

APP Group in Indonesia is seeking a logistics administrator to manage inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing. You will handle billing documents including mill invoices and coordinate with internal departments.

You will perform Goods Receipt to align POs, delivery notes, and received quantities, and you should be proficient in SAP across finance and material management modules to support baling-center operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accurate documentation, proper tracking, and timely processing
• Handle billing documentation (mill invoices) and vendor payment documentation, including verification, filing, and coordination with relevant internal departments.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive expense reports for all operational costs at the baling center, such as electricity, water, BPJS contributions, and other facility-related expenses.
• Perform Goods Receipt (GR) for all incoming materials, ensuring alignment between purchase orders, delivery notes, and actual received quantities.
• Proficient in using SAP, including navigation, transaction processing, and documentation related to finance and material management modules.
