Job summary

PT Colliers International Indonesia is seeking a Building Supervisor to oversee daily office building operations, coordinate maintenance, and ensure reliable facility services across electrical, water, and related systems.

The role requires a D3 in mechanical or electrical engineering, at least 3 years in building management, strong English, and proven leadership. You will lead safety, security, housekeeping and respond to outages with timely updates for occupants.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in office building management.
• Good communication skills, including English.
• Organized and a team player.
• Proven managerial and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building maintenance and daily building operations.
• Provide occupants with updates on outages and scheduled shutdowns.
• Manage safety, security, housekeeping and all facility services.
• Develop response teams to assess conditions and shut off utilities.
• Deliver status reports to assembly point leaders.

Job description

Responsible of the building maintenance and also the daily building operational.

Providing occupants with updates of electrical, water, and other service outages and scheduled shutdown.

Managing the overall operational concerns, including its safety and security, housekeeping, and maintenance of the building and equipment.

Develop and implementing response teams in assessing building conditions, shutting off utilities, and delivering a status report to assembly point leaders.

Requirements:

Minimum D3 degree from reputable university majoring in mechanical, or electrical engineering, or any other relevant fields

Minimum 3 years of working experience in Office building management

Good communication skills, including good command of English

Good personal and interpersonal skills

An organized person and a team player

Proven managerial and leadership skills
