Job summary

PT Ciputra Balai Property in Indonesia seeks an Engineering Supervisor (Electrical/Facilities) with at least two years of supervisory experience, preferably in high‑rise buildings. Candidates must have practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil works, gensets, LVMDP and related systems.

A Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering and good communication to coordinate with teams and produce timely reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in high-rise buildings.
• Engineering background in Electrical/Electronic or related majors.
• Practical understanding of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, civil, genset, LVMDP, scheduling, and reporting.

High School (SMK)/Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or any relevant majors are welcome to apply.

2 year minimum of supervisory experiences (preferably in High Rise Building).

Must have practical understanding of Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical Electrical HVAC, Civil,Genset, LVMDP, HVAC, Scheduling team, Reporting, Autocad & Access System.

Excellent communication skills to follow up on task lists and collaborate with the team.
